Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Eight years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
  • Three years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch, including end-to-end or zero-to-one product development.
  • Three years of people-management experience with direct reports and in technical leadership.
Responsibilities
  • Act as a thought leader in how users interact with agents, where data is generated, and how to acquire and apply this data to solve complex issues and capture opportunities across Ads.
  • Leverage privacy-preserving techniques and define how data is unlocked and applied in response to ecosystem, regulatory, and industry changes.
  • Ideate and apply advanced machine-learning and modeling techniques to deliver measurement breadth and accuracy for advertisers in a data-constrained environment.
  • Navigate complex relationships between users, businesses, and Google.
  • Collaborate with partner teams, including Google Analytics, Search bidding, and YouTube, to apply data and lead a team of Product Managers managing a portfolio of agentic measurement problems.
  • Guide products from conception to launch by connecting technical and business considerations.
  • Break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.
  • Ideate, develop, and implement the acquisition and application of data from agentic interactions on Google first-party and third-party platforms to power Google's advertising systems.
Desired Qualifications
  • A master's degree in a technology or business-related field.
  • Five years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, user experience/user interface, sales, finance, and other stakeholders.
  • Five years of experience in a business function or role, such as strategic marketing, business operations, or consulting.
  • Four years of experience preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership.
  • Three years of experience in software development or engineering.
  • Knowledge of, or continued interest in, building accessibility best practices and incorporating accessibility into product-development methodologies.
