Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field.
  • At least 12 years of experience in product management, enterprise platforms, business systems, order to cash, billing, revenue management, or related domains.
  • At least 5 years of product management experience with ownership of product strategy, roadmap, and delivery.
  • Experience owning the strategy and roadmap for enterprise, order-to-cash, billing, revenue management, or monetization platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience owning product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and business outcomes for enterprise business platforms.
  • A proven track record of making product investment decisions and prioritization tradeoffs across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Experience serving as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Platform Product Leader, rather than solely as a SAP BRIM functional lead, implementation consultant, solution architect, systems analyst, or program manager.
  • At least one end-to-end SAP BRIM implementation supporting both B2B and B2C business models.
  • Experience participating in or leading SAP ERP modernization programs, including SAP S/4HANA and SAP RISE transformations, with a strong understanding of impacts to order to cash, revenue management, finance, and SAP BRIM ecosystems.
  • Deep understanding of subscription commerce, recurring revenue, usage-based billing, invoicing, collections, revenue management, and monetization processes.
  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and drive organizational alignment.
Responsibilities
  • Define and own the multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Adobe's order-to-cash platform.
  • Identify opportunities to improve scalability, operational efficiency, compliance, and customer experience across the monetization ecosystem.
  • Prioritize platform investments based on business value, customer impact, operational needs, and technical feasibility.
  • Influence executive stakeholders and partner with business leaders to align roadmap priorities with Adobe's strategic objectives.
  • Establish success metrics, key performance indicators, and outcome-based measures to evaluate product investments and platform performance.
  • Own product requirements, backlog prioritization, roadmap planning, and delivery for key order-to-cash capabilities.
  • Translate complex business needs into clear product requirements, epics, user stories, and product decisions.
  • Drive product discovery, solution evaluation, and business case development for strategic initiatives.
  • Make prioritization decisions by balancing business value, customer needs, technical complexity, and operational impact.
  • Partner closely with engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle to ensure successful execution and delivery.
  • Lead product strategy and cross-functional execution for strategic order-to-cash transformation initiatives.
  • Drive modernization efforts that support Adobe's evolving monetization models and operational requirements.
  • Partner with Enterprise Architecture and Engineering teams to define future-state platform capabilities and scalable solution approaches.
  • Support ERP modernization initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA and SAP RISE transformations, ensuring alignment with Adobe's order-to-cash strategy.
  • Ensure solutions support subscriptions, recurring revenue, usage-based billing, digital commerce, and enterprise licensing business models.
  • Provide product leadership across SAP BRIM capabilities including Subscription Order Management, Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, Financial Contract Accounting, Revenue Accounting and Reporting, and SAP S/4HANA integrations.
  • Partner with Finance, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Legal, Tax, Engineering, and Enterprise Architecture teams to define and deliver business capabilities.
  • Influence and align stakeholders across multiple organizations and leadership levels.
  • Communicate product strategy, roadmap priorities, tradeoffs, and outcomes to senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
  • Build consensus across competing priorities while maintaining focus on long-term platform objectives and business outcomes.
Desired Qualifications
  • Deep expertise across SAP BRIM modules including Subscription Order Management, Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, Financial Contract Accounting, and Revenue Accounting and Reporting.
  • Strong understanding of SAP Sales and Distribution and SAP Finance/Financial Accounting and Controlling.
  • Experience working within SaaS, software, digital media, or technology companies.
  • Experience defining future-state platform capabilities and partnering with architecture teams on modernization initiatives.
  • Proven ability to identify business problems, define product vision, evaluate tradeoffs, and make strategic platform recommendations.
  • Experience defining and tracking KPIs, operational metrics, and business outcomes for enterprise platforms.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Experience operating within Agile product development environments and collaborating closely with engineering teams.

Adobe's Creative and Marketing revenues surge 12% to $4.39B driven by AI adoption

Adobe's Creative and Marketing Professionals segment grew 12% year-over-year to $4.39 billion in first-quarter fiscal 2026, driven by AI adoption and subscription strength. Creative Cloud freemium monthly active users surpassed 80 million, up over 50% annually, whilst generative credit consumption through Firefly surged 45% quarter-over-quarter. The company's enterprise digital experience business showed strong momentum, with GenStudio and Adobe Experience Platform each growing over 30% in annual recurring revenue. Adobe's remaining performance obligations reached $22.22 billion. However, Adobe faces significant competition from Microsoft and Alphabet in AI. Microsoft reported $625 billion in remaining performance obligations and 15 million Microsoft 365 Copilot paid seats, whilst Alphabet's AI Overview feature now reaches 2 billion monthly users.

Oracle, Adobe rally as AI peace hopes lift battered software sector down 23% YTD

Software stocks rallied on hopes for a US-China trade deal, with Oracle and Adobe leading gains. However, the sector remains under pressure this year amid fears that AI tools from OpenAI and Anthropic could enable customers to build software faster and potentially displace vendors. The iShares Expanded Tech-Software Sector ETF is down over 23% year-to-date, with average sales multiples falling from 9x to 6x. A record $25 billion in software-sector leveraged loans now trade at distressed levels, raising concerns about private credit markets where the sector is a major borrower. Some firms are monetising AI successfully — ServiceNow's Now Assist product reached $600 million in annual contract value in Q4 2025. Yet deteriorating valuations could trigger a credit crisis through "shadow defaults" and forced fund withdrawals, with potential spillover to banks increasingly exposed to private credit.

BTIG initiates Adobe and Figma with Neutral ratings on AI growth concerns

BTIG has initiated coverage of Adobe and Figma with Neutral ratings, citing strong market positions but uncertainty around AI-driven growth sustainability. Adobe, which generated approximately $24 billion in revenue in FY25, faces concerns about generative AI's impact on Creative Cloud, which accounts for roughly 60% of revenue. Despite resilient growth and strong margins, Adobe shares have fallen about 55% over five years as questions emerge around pricing power and competition. Figma has achieved over $1 billion in FY25 run-rate revenue with 41% growth, pioneering UI/UX design. Adobe launches free AI study tool Acrobat Spaces for students

Adobe has launched Acrobat Spaces, a free AI-powered study tool designed for students. The platform allows users to upload PDFs, documents, PowerPoint files, URLs, handwritten notes and transcripts to generate flashcards, mind maps, quizzes, podcasts and editable presentations. Available on a separate URL without requiring login, Acrobat Spaces competes with tools like Google's NotebookLM, Goodnotes and Turbo AI. Students can also access an AI assistant to ask questions, with responses grounded in uploaded documents to reduce errors. Adobe developed the product by testing it with 500 students from universities including Harvard, Berkeley and Brown. Charlie Miller, VP of Education at Adobe, said the company aims to create a one-stop shop for reading and material creation, eliminating the need to move documents between different platforms.
