Legend Story Studios partners with TCGplayer to expand the Flesh and Blood ecosystem. Partnership connects organized play, deck discovery, and retail to support local game stores and the global Flesh and Blood community AUCKLAND, NEW ZEALAND - MAY 12, 2026 - Today marks a new era for Legend Story Studios (LSS) as the company announces a new strategic partnership with TCGplayer, a leading online marketplace for trading card games, representing a significant step forward in cementing Flesh and Blood (FAB) as a global trading card game. A Shared Vision for Growth "Local game stores and organized play are the foundation of Flesh and Blood," said James White, CEO and Founder of Legend Story Studios. "This partnership strengthens the connection between players and retailers, creating a more seamless path from discovering a deck to finding the cards needed to play. It's an important step in continuing to grow Flesh and Blood and support the global community around the game." "We're seeing increased excitement in Flesh and Blood over the past year from our buyers, and we're thrilled to expand our partnership with Legend Story Studios to better support the local game stores serving this growing community. This partnership represents a long-term investment in helping Flesh and Blood sellers succeed as the game continues to grow," says Stephanie Mims, TCGplayer Senior Vice President of Seller Experience. Strengthening Local Game Stores and Retailer Visibility Supporting local game stores remains a cornerstone of Flesh and Blood's success. Central to the partnership will be the rollout of the GEM badge program, Legend Story Studios' official designation for verified hobby shops that foster community through hosting sanctioned FAB events. GEM badges on TCGplayer will provide clear trust signals, helping players easily identify and support trusted retailers on the platform. Local game stores interested in becoming GEM-certified can learn more and apply here. Competitive Play Meets Card Discovery As part of the partnership, TCGplayer will be integrated across Flesh and Blood's organized play circuit, including the Flesh and Blood Pro Tour: Las Vegas, with presence across major events and live stream coverage. Coverage of major events, decklists, and competitive play content will be integrated across the TCGplayer ecosystem, helping players easily find and purchase the cards and decks they see played at the highest levels of competition. By connecting deck discovery with a streamlined purchase experience, these integrations support a stronger community of players, collectors, and local game stores around the world. New features and integrations will begin rolling out this summer and continue through the end of the year, including GEM store badging and support for Flesh and Blood on Roca Sifter and Sorter - TCGplayer's automated card sifting and sorting devices that help sellers quickly identify, price, and list inventory.
