Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality, customized eyelash extension applications according to Amazing Lash Studios' standards and client preferences.● Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their desired look and ensure client satisfaction.● Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to all sanitation guidelines.● Educate clients on proper aftercare to ensure the longevity of their lash extensions.● Actively promote and sell retail products and membership packages to enhance the client experience and achieve sales goals.

● Contribute to a positive and collaborative studio culture.● Adhere to Amazing Lash Studios' policies and procedures.● Stay updated on the latest lash extension techniques and trends.

Qualifications:

● Must possess a current and valid cosmetology or esthetician license.● Proven experience as a Lash Artist, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.● Excellent technical skills in classic, volume, and/or mega volume lash application.● Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional results.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.● A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

● A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to learn and grow.● Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.● An understanding of and alignment with Amazing Lash Studios' mission and purpose.
