Business Solutions Architect

• Architect end-to-end solutions that align with the business and digital strategy of CWS Hygiene

• Lead the integration and interoperability of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Field Service, CRM), Salesforce, and e-commerce platforms

• Define data models, API designs, and integration patterns across platforms

• Support DevOps and CI/CD processes, ensuring robust and maintainable deployments

• Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, solution roadmaps, and system design documentation

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into architectural solutions

• Provide technical leadership and governance over solution design, ensuring scalability, performance, and security

• Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and methodologies that support digital transformation

• Oversee solution delivery, working closely with developers, analysts, vendors, and project managers

• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards and IT governance policies

• Support business case development and technology assessments

• Promote reuse of existing capabilities, simplification, and rationalization of the IT application landscape

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Solution Architect or in a similar role

• Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (especially Field Service and CRM) and Salesforce ecosystems

• Experience with e-commerce platforms and their integration into ERP and CRM systems

• Strong knowledge of systems integration, APIs, data flow, and enterprise architecture frameworks

• Proficiency in Azure and Microsoft 365 technologies

• Familiarity with agile and waterfall project methodologies

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
