Salary Range: 107000 to 124000 (Currency: USD) (Pay period: per-year-salary)

Essential Functions

• Assist the Controller in overseeing accounting operations (A/R, A/P, GL, revenue recognition, etc.), ensuring compliance with public company requirements.
• Ensure financial accuracy in reporting for both internal stakeholders and public financial disclosures.
• Support quarterly, annual and interim reporting processes (10-Q, 10-K, etc.).
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including account reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with external auditors for public company reviews and audits, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
• Identify and implement process improvements in response to new regulatory and reporting standards.
• Maintain integrity in all financial records by identifying and correcting discrepancies and errors in financial data.
• Oversee and manage complex financial transactions, including revenue recognition, consolidations, non-controlling interests, foreign currency transactions, etc.

Competencies

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards, with experience in SEC reporting and SOX compliance a plus.
• Proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite or similar) and strong Excel skills.
• Experience preparing financial statements.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment, especially during periods of growth and transition.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across departments.

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, including experience in public company accounting (industry or public accounting) or a similar role.
