Requirements
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals such as object-oriented design, algorithms, data structures, and a good grasp of advanced systems concepts and design
  • 8+ years in information security, with at least 5 years focused on cloud security and prior experience as a Security Architect, Principal Engineer or similar role in a CWPP(Cloud Workload Protection Platform) or CDR(Cloud Detection and Response) product.
  • An understanding of malware, threats, vulnerabilities in cloud environments and proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including knowledge of their security services and best practices.
  • Expertise in Kubernetes (AWS EKS) and container infrastructure and development experience in Go, Python and Rust
Responsibilities
  • Building product architecture that balances being able to meet launch timelines, with an eye for long-term scalability. The ability to discover and articulate design tradeoffs is necessary to this role.
  • Writing high-quality, efficient, testable code and define team standards in development, and system design.
  • Mentoring junior team members in improving their skills, conducting code and design reviews.
  • Partnering with a product manager and the team to iteratively deliver the product to customers.
