Requirements
  • 3+ years of healthcare Customer Success experience
  • Experience managing a large customer pool with SaaS contracts above $100k
  • Strong consultative customer service skills
  • Effective communication at executive and end-user levels
  • Self-starter with a history of success in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
  • Develop Healthcare Executive Relationships and Present Executive Business Reviews
  • Build trusted relationships with healthcare executives and key stakeholders
  • Conduct regular business reviews with healthcare executive-level stakeholders
  • Track and report on key metrics for customers
  • Be knowledgeable in the entire product suite and function as the lead contact for customers
  • Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption and customer satisfaction
  • Identify customer expectations and desired outcomes and create success plans
  • Drive escalation of client issues and potential risk
  • Monitor and respond to NPS survey feedback and Customer Health scores
  • Work cross-functionally with Renewals Specialist to secure renewals and identify new revenue opportunities
