  • You balance deep work with a fierce desire to communicate clearly
  • Hybrid - Chicago, US or open to relocation; Some travel (25%+) is required
Responsibilities
  • Lead immersive workshops across North America
  • Facilitate technical modeling sessions
  • Build lightweight starter models that demonstrate real decision impact
  • Support onboarding and pre-sales enablement
  • Translate Complexity into Clarity by taking concepts like clustering, optimization, demand sensing, and AI agents and making them intuitive and actionable
  • Help customers understand not just what the system does, but how to think with it
  • Develop repeatable training modules and playbooks
  • Build structured product curricula
  • Integrate new AI capabilities into enablement
  • Continuously refine content based on field feedback
