**$15,000 sign on bonus**

Job Description/Summary: Performs ultrasound procedures at the entry level requiring knowledge of anatomical positioning and physiology. Must be able to perform high quality ultrasound examination for interpretation by a physician on children, adolescents and adults.
Minimum Training and Education:
1 year year experience in performing ultrasound diagnostic procedures.
Required Licensure, Certifications, Registrations: Certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or registry eligible required.
Basic Life Support required upon hire. Thereafter, must maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS), either a certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers (or AHA recognized equivalent) or an American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider.

Ability to be qualified physically (by medical personnel) for respirator use, initially and annually.

Must possess excellent hand to eye coordination.

Additional Job Description
Education: Graduation from an accredited school of Diagnostic Medical Sonography
Work Experience: 2-4 yearsCertification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification is required
