We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator/Graphic Designer in the Encino Office of Marcus & Millichap, the largest real estate investment brokerage firm in the US. We are looking for a motivated, ambitious individual interested in advancing their career by joining a successful and growing commercial real estate brokerage team. Potential candidates should have a professional demeanor, strong design, written, and verbal skills. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is essential. Candidate should be comfortable working in a busy, corporate high-paced, deadline driven sales environment.
Qualifications:
- Commercial Real Estate Experience is a Plus
- Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively work interact with team members
- Extraordinary attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Must have a solid grasp of fundamental concepts of print and graphic design principles
- Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to edit video is a Plus

- Preparing Property Analysis Packages
- Managing/Redesigning/Creating Email Marketing Campaigns
- Managing/Preparing Meeting Materials
- Creating and Posting Marketing Materials to Social Media Platforms
- Preparing flyers and advertisements/coordinate marketing efforts
