Requirements
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday and safely lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds as part of regular job duties.

Responsibilities
  • Set up tables, chairs, staging, dance floors, and other equipment according to room layouts, event diagrams, and banquet event orders.
  • Dismantle and remove event equipment, furniture, and supplies after events are completed.
  • Collaborate with team members, event planners, and clients to ensure event needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to requests, changes, and event-related needs to support a seamless guest experience.
