- Graduate from an AMA accredited School of Respiratory Therapy or equivalent
- Current CA Respiratory Care Practitioner license
- Current Healthcare Provider BLS
- Current ACLS
- Current PALS and NRP, within 90 days of hire
- Provide safe, quality respiratory patient care and education to patients and families
- Collaborate with the healthcare team
- Participate in ongoing feedback regarding performance improvement
- Implementation of clinical pathway/plan of care to guide the patient care delivery
- Demonstrate proficiency in MST, ICU and Emergency Room
- RRT preferred
- Minimum of one year acute care experience in Respiratory Services or Respiratory related care preferred
