Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain highly automated manufacturing lines and the supporting equipment used in manufacturing processes while meeting customer quality, cost, and delivery goals.
  • Execute preventive maintenance orders and protocols and document the work performed.
  • Assist Engineering in testing procedures in support of regulatory requirements.
  • Learn the quality system requirements and train on processes required to operate and maintain the automated line.
  • Help execute maintenance work orders and protocols on automated equipment.
  • Maintain customer-specific system documentation in support of FDA regulatory requirements.
  • Understand and execute all maintenance work orders and protocols associated with automated equipment.
  • Create, modify, and troubleshoot programmable technologies on automated equipment.
  • Assist Engineering with implementing improvements to automated equipment processes and cost reductions.
  • Support the second shift on the automated line with minimal support.

Kimball Electronics generates $42.4M cash flow, cuts debt to four-year low
