- Graduate of an approved two-year Radiologic Technology program.
- Registered with the ARRT and LRRT or registry eligible with appropriate permits.
- Must possess or be able to obtain BLS certification.
- 3 years of clinical imaging experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of prior leadership experience.
- Strong technical knowledge across MRI and X-ray modalities.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift at least 60 pounds and assist with patient positioning.
- Demonstrated knowledge of age-specific care standards and safety regulations.
- Supervise and support MRI and X-ray technologists.
- Ensure optimal department coverage through cross-training and effective scheduling.

- Lead human resource functions including recruitment, orientation, training, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain knowledge of ACR Accreditation standards and ensure ongoing compliance to uphold accreditation.
- Conduct staff meetings and maintain thorough documentation and departmental records.
- Develop and update departmental policies, procedures, and job descriptions.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and The NeuroMedical Center’s confidentiality standards.
- Collaborate with other department supervisors and participate in interdepartmental meetings.
- Monitor inventory and order necessary departmental supplies.
- Support professional development of staff and maintain a positive, productive, and professional environment.
