Requirements
  • Bac +2 minimum in customs, international trade, or logistics
  • 4 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar customs function
  • Knowledge of customs regulations and customs clearance procedures
  • Knowledge of excise duty obligations is ideal
  • Professional level English (B2)
Responsibilities
  • Ensure monthly declaration obligations (payment of duties, VAT declaration on imports, updating currencies, etc.)
  • Control the conformity of import and export declarations prepared by customs service providers
  • Contribute to mandatory declarations related to environmental regulations and energy excise duties
  • Guarantee the fluidity of operations in compliance with national and international regulations
  • Participate in the management and control of customs service providers' activities
  • Contribute to operational rigor and maintain customs authorizations and certifications
  • Update and enrich internal procedures, models, and documents
  • Implement corrective action plans in case of non-compliance
  • Assist in the integration of new companies into the customs perimeter
  • Assist the senior customs analyst in IS/IT projects and advance process automation
