Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 6+ years of experience in B2B customer marketing
  • A strong track record of being customer-centric
  • Proven ability to drive results in a fast-moving team in a rapidly growing company
  • Proven success managing integrated marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • This role requires a high degree of collaboration with other teams to plan and execute against shared goals
Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with Customer Success, CRM, and Product teams to strengthen the customer lifecycle and ensure a consistent and integrated customer experience across all customer touch points
  • Pilot, build, and scale repeatable, yet customizable programs that help drive product adoption, customer loyalty, and retention
  • Engage the customer community and build community pride through platforms, programs and events
  • Identify correlations between customer behaviors and success and build programs to nurture those behaviors
  • Develop complementary and timely automation email streams and in-product messaging that drive product adoption
  • Automate, scale, and personalize customer communications across channels
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and incorporate them into marketing strategies and messaging
  • Create marketing content for Account Management and Customer Success teams to help nurture new, growing, and at-risk customers
