Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Oversight of curriculum development, faculty mentorship, and programmatic accreditation, particularly maintaining CAHME accreditation standards.
  • Partnering with the MHA Online Division Director to ensure consistency in program learning outcomes while catering to the unique needs of residential students.
  • Collaborates with faculty and administration to enhance student success, drive program assessment and continuous improvement, and implement competency-based education strategies.
  • Represents the program at professional conferences and industry events to attract top-tier students and faculty.
  • Strengthens partnerships to advance the program’s reputation and impact.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with CAHME accreditation and competency-based education.
  • Proven success in teaching, particularly in a residential learning format.
  • Active membership in professional organizations (e.g., AUPHA, MGMA, ACHE, NAHSE).
  • Experience working in digital learning and assessment platforms.
