Requirements

  • Achieve a 50% or greater conversion ratio by improving the patient referral-to-admit process, tour-to-admit conversion, and overall admissions strategy.
  • Improve referral conversion by 10% within the first three months and improve the tour-to-admit ratio by 10%.
