- Bachelor's degree in a construction/engineering related field OR 3+ years of equivalent work experience
- Outstanding communication and time management skills, computer skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment
- On site trade coordination and management
- Coordination of material design, fabrication, delivery and installation
- Ongoing interaction with field supervision
- Management of cost and design issues (change orders, RFI’s, document updates, etc.)
- Other responsibilities focused on overall project management and success
- Read and understand Construction Design Documents and Specifications
- Perform construction cost estimates and quantity surveys for various scopes of work
- Overall trade management and coordination, and some level of exposure to Building Information Modeling
- Willingness to relocate as needed
