Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in design, human computer interaction, computer science or related fields)
  • 8+ years of applied UX strategy and design experience in the software industry.
  • Knowledge of WCAG 2.0 Level AA / Section 508 compliance preferred.
  • 10+ years of overall professional experience preferred.
  • Experience leveraging Generative AI technologies to enhance user experiences, including the ability to integrate AI-driven insights and tools into the design process to create more personalized and innovative user interfaces.
  • Experience with geospatial data and solutions
  • Experience working in the energy, environment, or transportation sectors.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement UX strategies at both the project and portfolio levels that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
  • Analyze research findings to inform design decisions.
  • Create user personas, user stories, journey maps, and wireframes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate UX into product roadmaps.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for UX success.
  • Present research insights and design concepts to stakeholders.
