Change management & org design.

Change management & org design. January Digital LLC help organizations navigate transformation from the inside out, designing the structures, processes, and leadership frameworks that make growth sustainable. How does January Digital approach change management and org design? Organizational change is hard to get right because it requires both strategic clarity and operational follow-through. Its team immerses itself in your business to understand your priorities, challenges, and existing structure before making any recommendations. From there January Digital LLC design operating models, team structures, and leadership frameworks built around how your organization actually needs to work, not a generic best practice template. January Digital LLC has done this work across fashion, beauty, and retail, partnering with brands including Tapestry, Living Spaces, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Sakara, and Ahold Delhaize USA. How do you help brands restructure or scale their marketing teams? January Digital LLC start by auditing the existing org structure, roles, and workflows to understand where silos, inefficiencies, and capability gaps exist. From there January Digital LLC design new operating models, define roles and responsibilities, develop hiring plans, and build the process infrastructure that allows integrated marketing to actually function. January Digital LLC also support implementation, not just design, so the new structure takes root rather than sitting in a deck. For Victoria's Secret, this kind of work included full organizational design, headcount planning, and go-to-market execution for a new business unit, delivering a 2:1 ROI and 80% program participation in year one. How do you support leadership transitions and onboarding? Bringing in new marketing leadership is one of the highest-risk moments for a brand. January Digital LLC design onboarding programs that accelerate time to effectiveness, facilitate workshops that align new leaders with their teams, and provide ongoing strategic support through the transition period. For Anastasia Beverly Hills, January Digital LLC supported executive onboarding while maintaining forward momentum on planning and execution so nothing fell through the cracks. How do you help brands with process development and team alignment? Not every engagement is about restructuring. Some of the most valuable work January Digital LLC do is helping organizations that are largely functioning well get sharper about how they operate. This includes developing process frameworks that reduce friction between teams, facilitating alignment between functions like media and creative that are working toward the same goals but speaking different languages, and serving as an external perspective that validates decisions and brings a broader view of how best-in-class organizations approach similar challenges. This kind of ongoing thought partnership and process development is often what keeps high-performing teams from plateauing. How does January Digital buy media and access inventory? January Digital LLC balance cost efficiency with access to high-quality inventory through strategic DSP partnerships and rigorous supply path management. January Digital LLC execute through The Trade Desk, DV360, and Amazon DSP with full log-level data access and fee transparency, and negotiate and manage curated private marketplaces with premium publishers. January Digital LLC also implement comprehensive brand safety and viewability standards via IAS, DoubleVerify, and MOAT. How do you help brands plan for retail, wholesale, or DTC expansion? January Digital LLC evaluate expansion opportunities by building the business case first, analyzing channel readiness, competitive dynamics, and operational requirements before recommending a path forward. Its wholesale and retail advisory work covers channel prioritization, go-to-market planning, and the operational infrastructure needed to scale across brick-and-mortar, wholesale, and DTC environments. What emerging programmatic channels does January Digital work in? January Digital LLC stay ahead of the market by testing and scaling new programmatic channels and inventory sources, including programmatic audio across Spotify, Pandora, SiriusXM, and podcast networks, and digital out-of-home (DOOH) with location-based targeting, weather triggers, and foot traffic attribution. January Digital LLC also work across retail media networks including Amazon DSP, Walmart Connect, Instacart, and Kroger Precision Marketing, as well as emerging CTV platforms, FAST channels, and direct publisher programmatic integrations. What results has January Digital driven for clients through change management and org design? Successful change management shows up in adoption and alignment, not just the deliverables themselves. Its work has delivered a 2:1 ROI and 80% program participation for Victoria's Secret, executive onboarding and organizational alignment for Anastasia Beverly Hills, full org design and restructuring support for Sakara, and ongoing process development and thought partnership for Tapestry.
