  • Have a deep understanding of marketing content pipelines both in static design and video
  • 7-10 years of experience in international marketing and distribution
  • 5-7 years of experience in localization and versioning at studios or agencies
  • 5-7 years leading teams in corporate environments
  • Fluent in industry terminology and possess an understanding of marketing concepts and brand management
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of project management systems, asset management systems, transcoding, QC, delivery systems, Adobe Creative Suite, and Avid
  • Proven track record of building international distribution pipelines for marketing assets
  • Are comfortable being a change agent while maintaining a future-focused perspective

Responsibilities
  • Partner with the head of Marketing Operations to achieve departmental goals and strategic rollouts of operational initiatives
  • Be responsible for translations, localization, versioning, QC, and sourcing of marketing materials across multiple pipelines including SVOD/AVOD, theatrical, and games
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Solutions team to streamline the content pipeline and ensure timely delivery of fully localized marketing assets at scale
  • Partner with our Content Operations, Curation & Programming, Audience Development, Events, and Creative Services teams to prioritize and fulfill international marketing needs
  • Partner with the wider Marketing organization to strategize around content creation
  • Play a key advisory role in international marketing campaign timelines, milestones, and executions

  • Have a passion for film and the entertainment industry. Anime knowledge or fandom is a plus!
