Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, Life Sciences, Business, or related subject matter.
  • Minimum 10+ years of information management and/or related work experience in Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry
  • 10+ years of working experience managing external service provider partnerships within Pharmaceutical and/or Biotech environment.
  • Experience with IT projects from start to end.
  • Strong knowledge of information management, data quality, data constraints and Governance Frameworks
  • Proven leadership and management capability
  • Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and elevate service levels.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to listen and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to engage effectively with colleagues and senior business stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and a high level of organization skills
  • Experience in budget planning and financial management.
Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of DD&T governance meetings, especially QBRs. Responsibilities include stakeholder preparation, agenda setting, moderation, and tracking the implementation of decisions.
  • Prepare decision-support materials and perform analyses to aid DD&T leadership in informed decision-making, synthesizing complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain KPIs for DD&T, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Create and manage compliance reports (e.g., related to ESG standards, data security, and other regulatory requirements, ensuring DD&T operations align with industry and legal standards.
  • Develop and implement systems to enhance the efficiency of operational reporting processes. Refine, simplify and automate reporting mechanisms to provide clearer insights into operational performance and compliance.
  • Support the Strategic Planning & Ops Effectiveness Lead with ad hoc tasks to enhance DD&T operations, stakeholder engagement, and team management.
