Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Foundation Specialist to join our Mission Outreach team. The Foundation Specialist is responsible for creating and executing fundraising strategies for annual donations and fundraising events for one or more specific ministry foundations. This role works with ministry donor and prospect inquiries and manages all local mailings, system and colleague appeals, event management and implementations, online giving, stewardship mailings/activities, memorials/tribute gifts, and grateful patient acquisition.
Position Specifics:
• Schedule: Full time, 40 hrs/wk, Monday-Friday
• Location: 100% on-site at Mission Outreach Warehouse

Education Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, philanthropy, or a related field is required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent plus five year's of experience in fundraising, communications, sales/marketing, public relations or related field may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
Experience Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in fundraising, communications, sales/marketing or public relations is required. (This experience is in addition to experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree)

Pay Range:
$28.14 - $42.21
A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.
