- Must have experience in DESKSIDE support
- Proficient in Windows 7 and Windows XP operating systems and able to troubleshoot them

- Provide deskside support and IT assistance to end users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows XP and Windows 7 operating systems.
- Support and maintain Office applications including Office 2003, 2007, and 2010.
- Perform end-user troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Perform break/fix tasks (IMAC), data migration, and PC refresh projects.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems, hardware, and software on desktops and laptops.
- Install, configure, and upgrade desktops and laptops as required.
- Support and troubleshoot Windows XP and Windows 7 and perform migrations as needed.
