Requirements
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR and/or recruiting analytics roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.).
  • Exceptional data and analytical skills with a passion for excellence, data accuracy and integrity, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability and follow-up.
  • Deep expertise working within HR tools and systems with a keen sense of system and data interactions.
  • Proven capability in building HR-focused data models and forecasts.
  • Strong communication skills, including prompt and proactive reporting of status, issues, and progress and the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills with the ability to create effective and successful working relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to lead and drive large-scale projects and processes.
  • Desire to grow into an HR Analytics leader.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Google Apps Script for automating tasks and workflows within Google Sheets/Google Workspace.
  • Experience with SQL for data extraction, staging, and manipulation.
  • Experience with Python for data analysis, automation, and creation of repeatable processes.
  • Familiarity with predictive analytics and advanced statistical analysis.
Responsibilities
  • Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and analyze HR data, including employee metrics, compensation, recruitment, opinion survey, and performance data, to identify trends and provide actionable insights using various methods of data mining, analysis, forecasting, and modeling. Act as a strategy developer and connector between data and business needs by partnering with finance and other operational functions to drive coordinated data and analytic efforts that support overarching business goals.
  • Reporting & Data Visualization: Create and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations to HR leaders and business stakeholders. Help define the data and tooling infrastructure required to accomplish these things by leveraging existing data engineering expertise and a readiness to learn new data analysis and visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.).
  • HR Systems: Assist in the management and optimization of HRIS and other HR-related systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Workforce Planning: Support workforce planning efforts by analyzing current and future staffing needs, turnover rates, and other relevant metrics. Act as the team expert on the Rippling headcount management module by optimizing our configuration and its integration with Greenhouse.
  • Process Improvement: Work with HR and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements based on data insights and industry best practices, then drive change accordingly.
  • Learning & Development: Support the HR team in building their skills in workforce analytics and planning through formal and informal training sessions. Provide communication and learning opportunities that activate employees and managers in the utilization of new HR tools and systems.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that HR data is handled in compliance with company policies and legal requirements, and assist in identifying potential risks or areas for improvement.
