As the Director of Product Management, you will play a critical role in driving the strategic direction, development, and successful execution of our product portfolio. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure our products meet customer needs, drive business growth, and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Responsibilities:

Owns Product Management through complete project life cycle from concept, product development, testing, launch, and post–production performance.
Serve as the main interface between Engineering, Business and Commercial Operations for our product portfolio
Lead team of individual Product Managers, tying our Product Portfolio into a consolidated vision and OKRs
Assigns, schedules, trains, reviews, and monitors progress within expected guidelines to manage to time and budget
Effectively identify and manages product risk through mitigation planning
Identifies, tracks, monitors, and communicates project-related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies that may arise during the development stages.

Qualifications and Skills:

7-10 years Leadership experience in Product Management
Have experience with B2B SaaS products as well as Consumer Apps
Proven track record of implementing and delivering revenue-driving products to customer
Team leader skills and confident in customer relations, excellent communication, leadership, team building and people management skills
Expertise in software development lifecycle, roadmapping, and prioritization
Knowledge of architecture, data pipelines, front end technologies, and API optimization
A blend of management, technical, creative, business, and marketing skills
Sense of responsibility, business intellect and entrepreneurial initiative
Ability to prioritize among competing opportunities, balance customer needs with business priorities, and articulate the rationale behind decisions
Excellent problem-solving skills
