Responsibilities

Conduct all billing related activities. Activities may include billing, cash posting, reconciliation, daily account management, work aging, resolution of clients' reimbursement issues, etc
Establish billing and collection workflows that adhere to customer, regulatory and payor requirements
Assist the Central Business Office in achieving collection goals and other performance objectives
Review the setup of a client's PointClickCare Financial system and configure it for use of the RCM services
Elevate team knowledge by sharing learnings discovered through onboarding
Assist with training, and education of Central Business Office team in conjunction with the RCM Operations Manager
Collaborate with CBO leadership, RCM Managers and RCM Operations Manager to improve the quality and consistency of training and service delivery
Manage a high volume, wide range of tasks and work within committed deadlines
Effectively manage communication with clients and other stakeholders
Other duties as assigned

Position Summary:

Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) a new service offered by PointClickCare. We are an extension of our client’s back office and manage their billing, collections, and other revenue cycle related activities.

The Billing Specialist is part of a team of revenue cycle experts within our Central Billing Office (CBO) and works with our RCM Managers to complete revenue cycle management activities for our customers. Using your deep Skilled Nursing (SNF) billing expertise, you will complete billing, follow up, cash posting and AR Recovery for our customers. You will also play a key role in assisting with quality control and feedback/development with our CBO.

Key Responsibilities:

-Conduct all billing related activities. Activities may include billing, cash posting, reconciliation, daily account management, work aging, resolution of clients’ reimbursement issues, etc.
