Requirements
  • Must have experience billing for Skilled Nursing Industry
  • Must have billing experience using PointClickCare
  • Post-secondary education, or equivalent experience in Skilled Nursing revenue cycle management
  • Subject matter expertise in the areas of Private Pay, Medicare, Medicaid, Applied Income, and Managed Care reimbursement and regulations for Skilled Nursing Facilities
  • Ability to establish productive customer relationships
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • A passion for teamwork, collaboration, and revenue cycle management
  • Excellent time management skills with sharp attention to detail
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical billing concepts to a non-technical audience
Responsibilities
  • Conduct all billing related activities. Activities may include billing, cash posting, reconciliation, daily account management, work aging, resolution of clients' reimbursement issues, etc
  • Establish billing and collection workflows that adhere to customer, regulatory and payor requirements
  • Assist the Central Business Office in achieving collection goals and other performance objectives
  • Review the setup of a client's PointClickCare Financial system and configure it for use of the RCM services
  • Elevate team knowledge by sharing learnings discovered through onboarding
  • Assist with training, and education of Central Business Office team in conjunction with the RCM Operations Manager
  • Collaborate with CBO leadership, RCM Managers and RCM Operations Manager to improve the quality and consistency of training and service delivery
  • Manage a high volume, wide range of tasks and work within committed deadlines
  • Effectively manage communication with clients and other stakeholders
  • Other duties as assigned
