Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
  • Extensive experience in Identity and Access Management systems
  • Deep troubleshooting and analytical ability
  • Experience with IT security in an enterprise environment
  • Strong desire to learn and share knowledge with a diverse global team
  • Knowledge of how SAML, OIDC, and OAuth protocols relate to authentication systems
Responsibilities
  • Provide best practice support, break/fix, and build for the Identity management platforms such as OKTA platform and related integrations
  • Monitor and act on alerts to troubleshoot critical issues impacting end-users including system unavailability and data integrity issues
  • Build out and deploy new integrations for employee application access and authentication
  • Provide support to internal IT Application teams
  • Support integration of M&A activities
  • Document new and current processes and keep existing documentation and tools up to date as the environment changes
  • Continuously learn and innovate. Participate in developing new solutions to complex problems. Cross-train with other team members to share knowledge and learn from others
Desired Qualifications
