Requirements
  • A university degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • A minimum of 2–4 years of prior relevant experience is required.
  • Excellent computer and contract skills are required.
  • A valid driver's license is required because driving is an essential function of the position.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with project planning and coordination efforts with vertical construction.
  • Coordinate land development construction with power, telephone, and gas companies.
  • Manage development trades and schedules in accordance with division goals.
  • Assist in the entitlement process by partnering with the Land Development Project Manager, municipalities, and other government agencies from entitlement to final acceptance.
  • Support and analyze trade bidding and contracting efforts.
  • Monitor development progress using design documents, site plans, improvement plans, and plats for project coordination and accuracy.
  • Monitor progress of land development projects and provide the Project Manager with reports on progress and issues needing attention.
  • Assist in delivering projects according to quality, timing, and budget specifications.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Experience with material testing or surveying is a plus.
