  • Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Engineering, or related discipline and/or comparable military experience
  • At least 1 year of consulting and/or project controls experience
  • Experience with Smartsheet's, Microsoft Projects, and/or Primavera highly preferred
  • Full COVID-19 vaccination is required prior to the employee's start date with exceptions for medical and religious accommodations when reasonable

Responsibilities
  • Create alignment with cross-functional client departments
  • Communicate updates internally and relay in-field project decisions
  • Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for clients
  • Perform due diligence on system and subject domains
  • Identify and close individual knowledge gaps
  • Proactively identify and escalate roadblocks
  • Support necessary billables as forecasted by site dashboards
  • Maintain internal site tools
  • Develop technical aptitude of core services within the life science space
  • Produce key project controls deliverables
  • Analyze complex project data and deliver clear, articulate, and concise messages
  • Contribute to and embody the company's mission
  • Actively seek out opportunities to enhance the company's culture
  • Build meaningful internal and external relationships
  • Present the company as a service to clients
  • Continual networking within the industry
  • Communicate with clients in a professional manner
  • Ensure client feedback or opportunities identified are escalated properly
