Requirements
- Familiar with all HR processes and workflows

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college with focused studies in information systems, business, psychology, or human resources preferred
- 3+ years of HR Generalist and employee relations experience
- Experience working for a company with 500+ employees
- Any of the following certifications: SHRM, SPHR, PHR, IPMA-CP, IPMA-CS
- Familiarity with Workday, UltiPro or other large HRIS Systems
- Has designed a workflow for 1st 90 days of employee lifecycle
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the data collection and reporting activities at each point of the full employee lifecycle
- Performing all on-boarding and off-boarding of employees in various HR systems
- Assuring HRIS System has updated headcount budgets based on current state and future strategy
- Analyzing market data sets, position profiling characteristics, and compensation surveys to identify trends and to make appropriate earning recommendations
- Provide executive leadership with all HR and Employee related reports including all headcount, attrition rates, turnover trends and change management reports
- Leading employee development and retention programs (continuing education, leadership and skills training, company culture initiatives, etc.)
- Identifying and recommending reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics
- Maintain HRIS System with all divisional employee reviews and KPI metrics
- Change management and succession planning
- Establish and execute PIP - Performance Improvement Plans
- Daily updating and auditing of personnel files
- Audit System compliance
