Requirements
  • 7+ years in Trust & Safety, fraud prevention, or related field
  • Solid comprehension of online security risks and standard methodologies
  • Experience with Law Enforcement and regulatory agencies
  • Ability to efficiently collaborate with diverse collaborators and senior leaders to implement and apply policies
  • Experience scaling operations and leading managing a team of 25 FTE, as well as managing BPO resources
  • Bachelor's degree or related experience in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Business Administration
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive Trust and Safety strategy, policy, and procedures that demonstrate well-rounded ideas that meet GoDaddy's business goals
  • Lead all aspects of a team of Trust and Safety professionals. Your team’s main focus will be to investigate and address reports of suspicious behavior and policy violations
  • Direct operations managers, who supervise full-time employees, contractors and outsourced resources. Periodically, you will also be on point for high profile investigations
  • Manage teams who engage with Law Enforcement and regulatory agencies
  • Analyze data and metrics to track the efficiency of Trust and Safety initiatives and make data-driven decisions to improve our processes and continually scale operations
  • Support, develop, and ensure the safety and wellness of the distributed team you lead
  • Work with internal teams like Legal, Industry/Government Relations, Public Relations, Information Security, and Care to investigate claims, manage risks and enforce our standards fairly and in compliance with relevant regulations
  • Monitor and analyze customer and third party behavior to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Collaborate with technology partners to develop and implement tools and systems to improve and prioritize Trust and Safety measures and operations
  • Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Care teams to enhance safety features, improve customer experience, and implement proactive measures to prevent our platform and services from being used for online harm
  • Collaborate with industry and regulatory groups to advocate for GoDaddy’s Trust and Safety initiatives
  • Motivated to stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes related to online safety and security
