Requirements
  • 5+ years marketing operations experience with at least 3 years managing marketing automation systems
  • Demonstrated experience working with multiple tools in a marketing technology stack and ensuring accurate data flow and integrations, in collaboration with technical teams
  • Skilled at analyzing data from multiple sources and turning it into actionable insights for marketing and sales teams
  • Proactive about system functionality, workflow, and data quality, with a focus on catching issues early and continuously improving processes
  • Curious about how processes work and how to make them better
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage timelines effectively with stakeholders
Responsibilities
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales & RevOps to optimize go-to-market processes, lead routing, data enrichment and more
  • Monitor inbound lead volumes and routing to ensure all systems are functioning as designed
  • Track key metrics weekly such as conversion rates (Marketing Qualified Lead, Sales Qualified Lead, Opportunity, Win) and lead quality, identifying performance issues in real time
  • Work with leadership to develop reports / dashboards and analyze findings
  • Implement, manage and deliver marketing attribution reporting and insights
  • Create and maintain scalable processes including Salesforce.com/HubSpot campaign setup, lead scoring, lifecycle workflows, UTM management, forms and data field mappings
  • Maintain CRM databases to ensure data integrity, accuracy and cleanliness
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience supporting multiple products and sales funnels is a plus
  • Ownership of marketing technology stack including HubSpot and Salesforce core components is preferred
