Requirements
  • Masters EE/CS and 5+ years of experience in ASIC validation. Or a BS EE/CS +8 years of experience in ASIC validation
  • Experience with analog and digital circuitry and electrical characterization
  • Professional Programming experience in Embedded C, Python, or similar languages
  • Experienced with host bus analyzers, traffic generators, jammers, oscilloscopes, and/or BERTs
Responsibilities
  • Electrical testing and characterization of high-speed IP integrated with digital ASIC logic
  • Implement tests using host emulators/exercisers, bus analyzers, jammers and actual host systems
  • Develop test infrastructure and automation frameworks with the goal of finding hardware issues early in the ASIC & product development cycle
  • Develop, implement and debug embedded C firmware to be used for validation of internally designed ASICs
  • Debug of memory and host interface related issues and driving solutions to successful completion
  • Generate test reports, documentation and communicate results to internal and external stake holders
