Summer Intern Program duration: June 2nd – August 8th, 2025.

Position: Summer Internship - Reconciliation Compliance

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to join our Reconciliation Compliance team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial reconciliation compliance processes within a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly / quarterly scorecards and reports for senior management
• Help perform reconciliation compliance audits by gathering and organizing relevant documentation
• Collaborate with team members to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
• Assist in the preparation of risk assessments of key financial accounts
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other financial software is a plus.

Education, Skills, and Experience Requirements for Interns:

• Current undergraduate rising Junior or Senior enrolled in an accredited college or university who is pursuing a degree in related field and has an interest in the banking/financial services industry
• Resourceful, enthusiastic, and proactive
• Highly organized
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail
• Experience creating and delivering presentations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to learn quickly and solve problems
• Strong analytical skills
• Collaborative and inclusive team player
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.

The estimated hourly range for this position is $20/hour USD to $22/hour USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
