Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in shared services or operations leadership roles, with a strong emphasis on process improvement and technology solutions.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Workday (configuration, implementation, and management).
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a high-paced, customer-centric environment.
  • Exceptional project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Workday certification(s) in relevant modules (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities (preferred).
  • Experience with change management, particularly in digital transformation initiatives (preferred).
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance for shared services functions (e.g., HR and Finance) (preferred).
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the shared services strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators.
  • Oversee the configuration, optimization, and ongoing management of Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Payroll, Finance, and Benefits).
  • Lead Workday implementations, upgrades, testing, and maintenance to support evolving business needs.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Workday system.
  • Drive standardization, automation, and process improvement initiatives within shared services functions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize service delivery and resolve operational challenges.
  • Identify and implement best practices to streamline workflows and reduce costs.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing shared services team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer focus.
  • Establish and monitor team goals and development plans to encourage continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for shared services stakeholders, addressing needs and providing solutions to complex issues.
  • Partner with internal departments (e.g., HR, IT, and Finance) to align shared services initiatives with organizational priorities.
