  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager, Project Manager, or similar role, preferably with a focus on AI and data-driven projects.
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of data and AI projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to understand project requirements, define goals, and develop project plans that meet business needs.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges and ensure project success.
  • Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation of project plans, timelines, and outcomes to facilitate knowledge sharing and project tracking.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and optimize resource allocation.
