Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture, including deep knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
  • 2nd Generation Managed Package experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, particularly in the context of billing, revenue recognition, and order management.
  • Ability to evaluate and compare alternative solutions based on cloud costs and performance implications.
  • Skilled in communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in setting and executing strategic technical visions, particularly in the context of complex Salesforce implementations and integrations.
  • Proven track record in leading and mentoring technical teams.
  • Experience in building high-performing engineering teams and fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
  • Expertise in integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems, utilizing APIs, middleware, and IPaaS solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in establishing governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements (such as GDPR), data retention and internal policies related to data security and privacy.
  • Proven ability to tackle complex technical challenges, particularly related to performance optimization, scalability, and system resilience.
  • Salesforce Developer I & II certifications required; Salesforce System Architect and/or Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification highly preferred.
  • Additional certifications such as Salesforce Technical Architect or Application Architect are a plus.
  • In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience in leading Agile teams.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and automated testing frameworks.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in establishing and enforcing coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
  • Ability to collaborate in a highly geographically dispersed team environment.
Responsibilities
  • Define and drive the architecture and technical strategy for Salesforce CRM and related systems, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable and secure solutions that integrate seamlessly with other enterprise systems.
  • Spearhead key strategic initiatives, such as process automation, and data integration efforts, to enhance operational efficiency and business agility.
  • Work closely with executive and senior leadership across the organization to identify and prioritize key projects, providing technical expertise and strategic insights.
  • Mentor and develop a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Lead by example, promoting best practices in coding, design, and system architecture.
  • Address and resolve high-impact, complex technical challenges, ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of Salesforce and its integrations.
  • Establish and enforce governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with industry standards, data privacy regulations, and internal policies.
  • Contribute to the broader tech community by sharing best practices, participating in industry events, and publishing insights on Salesforce technology and architecture.
  • Take full ownership of the Salesforce ecosystem, driving enhancements and optimizations to meet evolving business needs.
