Requirements
  • Specific experience with Haas CNC vertical milling machines
  • Proficient in MasterCam 2D & 3D or equivalent
  • 3-10 year minimum CNC experience
  • 1-3 years minimum programming experience 2D & 3D
  • Proficient in lathe work a plus
  • Willingness to work up to 50 hours per week on a regular basis
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Driver’s License
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for execution of multiple projects and coordination of machining activities
  • Ability to produce programs for the CNC machines
  • Running multiple CNC machines simultaneously
  • Must be a self-starter with minimal need for supervision
  • Must be team oriented
  • Ensure machining tasks are executed in the most effective manner regarding time, cost and function
  • Ensure internal quality checks are conducted prior to release and/or shipment
  • Coordinate with Machining Manager to follow work schedules and labor requirements for assigned jobs
  • Coordinates work requirements utilizing drawings, customer specifications and manuals as necessary
  • Champions company policies and procedures
  • Ensures compliance with safety procedures and practices good housekeeping
  • Responsible for day-to-day maintenance of equipment
  • All other duties as assigned
