As a Senior Product Manager on Safety, you will work closely with leadership, product, design, data science, and operations teams across Roblox to build products which monitor the user’s behavior and move it toward more civil engagement. In addition, you will drive critical company-level KPIs that affect user safety.

You Are:

• Experienced in working with safety/integrity features, especially for products with user-generated content and moderation
• Technical, with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• A self-starter, with 5+ years of experience in product design and management, in which you managed software projects that cut across multiple stakeholders and organizations. 
• An effective communicator, with strong listening, verbal, and written skills
• Dynamic and flexible, who creates opportunity out of uncertainty and ambiguity (e.g. changing requirements or incomplete data)
• A Problem Solver who leverages their thought process to yield logical and creative solutions with a systematic framework
• Team-player: You work with and inspire others around you, taking on tasks for the greater team

You Will:

• Autonomously own your scope, from vision to execution
• Collaborate across teams and functions to drive safety and civility on Roblox. Manage end-to-end feature design with an ability to translate abstract ideas into viable product features
• Collaborate with Product and XFN leadership against competing priorities to establish your features and contribute to the direction of your product goals
