  • Partner with Product Marketing to plan and promote Lilts annual conference, Ascend 2021, while enabling ADRs and Sales to generate opportunities
  • Collaborate with go-to-market teams to drive event attendance and post-event follow-up and conversion through engaging nurture programs
  • Gather, analyze, optimize and attain specific MQL and Opportunity creation goals from events and other initiatives, on a quarterly basis
  • Get to know the Lilt Team and Demand Generation technologies
  • Acquaint yourself with Lilts services/technology and basic industry knowledge
  • Research and present Drift best practices, coupled with an audit of Lilts instance
  • Take over Social Media posting responsibilities from the Social Presence Strategy Brief
  • Take ownership of the events calendar, coordination and promotion
  • Analyze and recommend revised Social Media Strategy to gain more followers
  • Enable Sales and ADRs with any leads you generated via events/webinars
  • Report on weekly success metrics to make data driven decisions for all programs
