- Capturing customer and prospective customer requirements and working with internal teams to create scopes of work and implementation plans to address business needs
- Owning at least one OKR initiative over the calendar year
- Serving as client surrogate across Relativity to ensure that end user’s perspective is voiced during product development cycle
- Participating in sales calls and meetings as required and preparing presentation materials
- Partnering with and supporting initiatives led by the Community Enablement team
- Providing thought leadership on the standard practices of the team
- Providing mentorship to the team
- Working across all four customer segments
- Exercising sound judgment and making independent decisions
- Demonstrating consistent commitment to core company values
