Requirements
  • Technical understanding of hydraulic machinery (construction, lifting, or agricultural equipment)
  • Strong knowledge of industrial product warranties and related processes
  • 5+ years in after-sales, service, or technical support for heavy/industrial equipment; Associate degree preferred
  • Proven leadership experience managing customer service teams and developing staff
  • Skilled in process improvement and MS Office; SAP knowledge and willingness to travel in North America and to Europe are a plus
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Customer Service and Warranty standards for North America in line with PALFINGER’s global service strategy
  • Lead the transformation of Customer Service into a modern, customer-focused organization
  • Oversee Service Departments across all product lines, supporting Dealers and Service Partners throughout the Region
  • Direct Technical Assistance and Service Managers to ensure seamless support for customers and products
  • Manage regional warranty processes, software tool rollouts, and service communications, while providing feedback to R&D
