Global Workplace Chief of Staff
The Opportunity:
As a professional in the Delivery Hub organization, you have the experience and skills to ensure the Global Workplace operations are effective, efficient, timely, in delivering solutions to our internal stakeholders. You know how to interface with internal and external customers and leadership to understand needs and gain insight on Global Workplace performance.
As the Global Workplace Chief of Staff, you will provide operational leadership and executive advisory services to the Global Workplace organization. In this role, you will help drive the ongoing development and delivery of an innovative, enhanced, and integrated staff to drive process reengineering. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
How You’ll Contribute:
- Serve as Chief of Staff for the Global Workplace VP of the Delivery Hub.
- Design and implement engagement strategies to enable integration between Global Workplace and other Corporate COEs to include Delivery Hub.
- Connect efforts across the internal and external business to drive project progress and outcomes.
- Serve as the lead of project design for Global Workplace for special projects.
- With Delivery Hub leaders, support the delivery of key Global Workplace strategies and coordinate deliverables and deadlines.
- Author and edit Global Workplace briefings, talking points, and presentations on initiatives for stakeholders and other audiences.
- Collaborate with Finance on budget management, organizational movements, and staff mapping.
- Serve as a liaison between the Global Workplace VP and internal and external stakeholders, understand and communicate priorities, and engage in team engagement, event planning and operational execution.

You Have:
- 8+ years of experience in a working in professional services organizations
- 5+ years of experience working cross functionally in commercial real estate
- Experience with project management and project development
- Experience with briefing all levels of staff, including senior leadership
- Experience with creating polished reports and decks for presentation to senior leadership
- Experience with using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to pay strict attention to detail and maintain a strategic and analytical outlook
- HS diploma or GED

- Experience in majority outsourced organization structures
- Bachelor’s degree
- PMP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
