- Ph.D., Master's, or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Physics, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related scientific or technical discipline.
- Four to eight years of relevant experience in scientific instrumentation, analytical measurements, technical sales, or application support.
- Hands-on experience with analytical instruments, including understanding of measurement principles, data analysis, and scientific methodologies.
- Provide technical and application support to the Sales team and customers during the pre-sales process.
- Conduct product demonstrations, feasibility studies, sample analyses, and technical presentations.
- Support technical proposals and customer discussions, and work with Sales teams to identify and develop business opportunities.
- Support and track the sales funnel for assigned product lines.
- Deliver product, installation, and application training to customers and internal teams.
- Provide technical support for method development, troubleshooting, and instrument optimization.
- Collaborate with the Service team to resolve complex technical issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Gather customer feedback and application requirements to support continuous improvement.
- Support marketing campaigns, seminars, exhibitions, and other product-promotion activities.
- Monitor competitor offerings, market trends, and technological developments relevant to the assigned product portfolio.
- Develop application notes, case studies, and other technical content to strengthen product positioning.
- Support new product launches, including demonstration readiness, internal training, and customer engagement.
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles, product demonstrations, application development, or customer training.
- Experience within the scientific instrumentation, laboratory equipment, or analytical instrumentation industry.
