ADESA US is looking for a Salesforce Architect who will provide leadership, working as part of a team to establish and drive our systems architecture. We are seeking a passionate software craftsman/craftswoman who truly enjoys developing quality technology solutions.
The architect will bring a passion for excellence and will be a strong proponent of bridging knowledge share and collective effort between groups throughout the organization.
The architect will be heavily involved in optimizing the quality and crafting of our products to help drive ADESA applications forward. The Salesforce Architect will work closely with key stakeholders, partners, and customers to assimilate input and communicate the architecture across the org.
This person must employ the highest levels of teamwork and collaboration to build elegant and scalable solutions. Primary responsibilities include the analysis of business and functional requirements, design of the solution architecture, and development of applications.
What You Need to Be Successful: 8+ years of solid professional programming experience in Salesforce and Java Proven ability to deliver high-quality enterprise solutions Responsible for application design, development, and support of Salesforce projects Experience with large, complex, and highly scalable systems Extremely detail-oriented and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously A passion for constant personal growth and the growth of others Aptitude for troubleshooting and problem solving with keen attention to detail Desire to seek solutions to complex issues, and never afraid to take on something new We are looking for someone that will always look for ways to improve, iterate, and re-invent A long-standing habit of continuous learning, and applying new tech, architectures, and methodologies to improve both your team and your codebase Ability to think critically and see the big picture Excellent communication & presentation skills (verbal & written)
Preferred Skills, this is the tech stack we use: Fluent in Java, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript Mobile Frameworks, Platform Events, and Salesforce Mobile SDK Experience building scalable and maintainable Salesforce apps in a fast-paced environment Well-versed in security methodologies and principles, object-oriented design, and common design patterns A proven record of developing robust and scalable cloud and enterprise systems solutions Solid understanding of systems development life cycles, tools, processes, and best practices. Deep and extensive understanding of Salesforce architecture concerns from a polyglot perspective. Worked with Continuous Integration and Delivery Automated Testing (Unit, Integration, Functional)
