  • A certificate or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is considered an asset
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Suite

Responsibilities
  • Manage employee benefits enrollments, terminations, and changes, including those related to health insurance, retirement plans, and perk benefits
  • Organize and maintain employee and team files and documents
  • Manage contractor lifecycle changes
  • Update and maintain the employee resources including benefits booklets and employee program resources
  • Provide support with Dayforce data entry, including resolving data gate issues
  • Assist with uploading employee files to Dayforce
  • Conduct peer reviews of system entries to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Draft and distribute employment verification letters
  • Provide general support to employees through the employee support Slack channel, answering questions and resolving issues
