Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst working with children with autism.
  • Fluency in supervision, including performance monitoring of the clinical team and consistent use of a system to monitor client progress during field supervision.
  • Independence in navigating challenging situations with families, funding sources, or staff.
  • Experience with multiple funding sources and report templates, including Regional Centers, insurance, and school districts.
  • Timely submission of reports.
  • Current independent submission of reports or an average quality review score of 90% or above.
  • Experience with Functional Behavior Assessments.
  • Understanding of prerequisite skills across domains, goal progression, and how to address programming-related issues.
  • Fluency in reviewing clients' authorized hours and supporting the maximization of hours for a caseload.
  • Independence in creating fade-out plans derived from caregiver input, client and caregiver progress on goals, and assessment results.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
  • Provide oversight and field supervision for the team's clients.
  • Mentor and coach future behavior analysts.
  • Participate in professional growth activities, including continuing education units, monthly clinical forums, and research opportunities.
